The lactaset is required when you hire a Medela Lactina Electric Breast pump. The double lactaset has two medium PersonalFit breastshields. 

Simple to use and easy to assemble.

Suitable to express both breasts at the same time, perfect for Mothers who are expressing frequently.

Can be used as a basic hand pump.

Using a breastshield that is  too small or too large may lead to impaired milk removal because milk ducts could get blocked or milk ejection inhibited. These can be purchased seperately.
