TERMS & CONDITIONS

Rental of the Medela Symphony or Lactina Breast pump or Ameda- Elite breast pump.

Payment per week is based on 7 day period commencing the day the breast pump is received.

Minimum rental period is two weeks.Two weeks will be charged if order is cancelled after being sent.

Symphony: $35 per week. Hire for four weeks get one FREE. 

Lactina and Ameda: $25 per week. Hire for four weeks get one FREE.

A $20 service fee will be charged per rental. This includes delivery and return of the breast pump. Extra charges may apply for Regional areas.

$200 Deposit will be taken. The deposit is refundable on return of the breast pump complete and in working condition. A checklist will be supplied with the pump to ensure you return all parts. If any parts are lost or damaged you will be responsible for the cost of replacement.

If the Medela or Ameda breast pump is lost, stolen or destroyed, you will assume full responsibility for replacement cost.

The manufacturers guidelines should be followed at all times when using the Medela or Ameda breast pump.

Pink or Blue shall not be liable for any injury arising from or relating to the hire of the Medela Symphony  Lactina or Ameda Elite breast pump.

Pink or Blue will contact you one day prior to the end of your hire period to extend hire period or arrange for the pump to be collected by a courier. If you cannot be contacted Pink or Blue will charge your credit card on a weekly basis until the breast pump is returned.
